I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. As a youth, I grew up playing football and running track in high school. After high school I joined the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marines I went to a lot of interesting places and did many cool things. Becoming a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor was by far the coolest thing I did in the Marines before my combat tour to Iraq. After almost six years with the Marines I left active duty to pursue a career in law enforcement. My passion for fitness and along with my prior training and experience led me to be trained and certified as a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) officer. Utilizing my passion for fitness, health and wellness, I earned a personal trainer and nutrition coach certification. I specialize in weight loss, body toning, bodybuilding in addition to strength and conditioning. I enjoy helping diverse populations achieve their fitness, weight loss and conditioning goals faster than they ever thought possible.
